Payment Schedule

all payments should be turned in to the “purple box” Checks to LBVMB

December  -   $200 Deposit

January -  $200 (Students who pay on time may sign up for roommates)

March - Balance (Students who pay on time may sign up for bus seats)

Cancellation Policy:

Pricing is based on pre-sold tickets and deposits paid prior to the trip. 

Cancellation for any reason will be subject to the following fees.  Notice of cancellation, including reason for the change must be made in writing to Mrs. Cartwright.

January 24-February 15 - $200 cancellation fee

February 16– March 5 - $375 cancellation fee

After March 5 - No refunds given
